Denver Senior Advisor is a free senior care placement service for families across the Denver metro. When you're trying to find the right assisted living community, memory care, or in-home care for someone you love, we do the legwork — narrowing hundreds of licensed options down to the two or three that actually fit your parent's needs, budget, and location.
How we work
You talk to a real local advisor. We learn your loved one's care needs, budget, and preferred areas. Then we hand you a short, personalized shortlist of communities we've vetted — with pricing, availability, and the honest tradeoffs. We can set up tours, help you compare, and stay on call through move-in. You're never handed off to a call center.
Why it's free for families
Like a real-estate agent working for a buyer, we're paid a referral fee by the community only if your family chooses to move in — and that fee doesn't change what you pay. You get our help at no cost, and we never charge families a dime. We also don't blast your information to a dozen facilities: your details go to a small, matched set of options, and that's it.
Why local matters
Colorado has its own rules and programs — CDPHE licensing under 6 CCR 1011-1 Ch. 7, the HCBS-EBD Medicaid waiver, the DRCOG Area Agency on Aging, and "Assisted Living Residence" (ALR) terminology that national sites get wrong. We only cover the Denver metro, and we've walked the properties we recommend.
